Whether closing your eyes to scatter their seeds, or clutching to shout your wish into the wind, the shape of the dandelion conjures optimism and magic.“I’m drawn to the overlooked beauty of the dandelion. While considered undesirable in the garden, the sight of their fluffy seeds floating and suspended in the air is one of life’s simple pleasures. Here I’ve tried to interpret that weightless grace.”

Michael Aram creates beautiful and distinctive objects for the home. After taking a life-altering trip to India in 1989 where he discovered rich metalworking traditions, Aram turned his artistic vision towards craft-based design, setting up a home and workshop in New Delhi.Most recognized for his signature metal gift and tabletop offerings, Aram also designs large-scale sculptures, furniture, lighting, home fragrance, textiles, porcelain and fine jewelry.
