SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our goal is to ship your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours if the merchandise is in stock. During holiday and sales events, orders will have a minimum processing time of 7-21 days. To learn more, please read our section "Sales & Promotions".

Please note, MichaelAram.com will not be responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

Special Note:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes
  • Signatures are required for the receipt of jewelry

**Free Shipping excludes furniture, lighting, oversized items, special edition, limited edition, and Atelier Collection, Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards and certain shipping destinations.

Once shipped, your order may be tracked using this web site. The tracking number can be retrieved from your order status email or from your account page. Weekend and Holiday delivery is not available. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped during normal business hours; Monday through Friday.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking milestones to update once your tracking number has been provided. If you do not see updates after 48 hours, please contact us.

Unfortunately, since we are processing your order as quickly as possible, we are not able to accommodate order cancellations or modifications. This includes adding a gift message after you've placed your order.

Create an account on MichaelAram.com using the email associated with your Facebook/Instagram account. Once an account is created, you will be able to find your order information, including tracking. This information is not available through Facebook or Instagram.

Pre-ordered items are charged at checkout and shipped when they become available. Cancel any time before being shipped.

Michael Aram is proud to announce customers can now pre-order our newest collections. Skip the line and secure the newest additions. Pre-orders will ship as stock becomes available. In-Stock items in your order will ship and pre-ordered items will remain open until shipped out.

When is my credit card charged for a pre-order? Your credit card is charged for the full order total at the time you place your order. That means we charge you before your order ships.

Can I ask you for updates on the progress of my pre-order? You can track your orders progress by using your confirmation email or logging into your customer account. If you need additional support, please contact customer support.

Can I return my pre-ordered item once I receive it? Yes. You can return your items provided they’re within the 30 day return window from the date it shipped. If you need additional support, please contact customer support.

Can I place one order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items? Yes! You can place an order containing both pre-ordered and in-stock items. You will receive shipment notifications as items leave our warehouse.

Can I add a pre-order item to my existing order? Unfortunately, we can’t add to your order once placed. We can remove or cancel your order based on your preference.

I have a pre-order that also contains in-stock items. Can I have the in-stock items ship early? Yes, we’ll ship the in-stock items first and then ship your pre-ordered items as they become available in our warehouse.

Shipments to Canada may be subject to GST, Duty, and any other fees levied by the country, province or carrier. Unless specifically exempted, the customer will be responsible for these fees upon delivery.

Shipments outside the USA & Canada, customers have several available options.

Proceeding a holiday, orders may experience longer than average processing times due to increased volume. Once you order physically ships, you will receive a tracking number when the carrier picks your order up.

Michael Aram, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All prices are in USD. Upon online approval of your credit card, your order will be processed and your card charged.

Treat yourself, or send it to someone else as a gift. After checking out, you’ll receive an email that you can forward to the lucky recipient; or simply keep for yourself!.

Using a gift card is truly easy! Just copy and paste the code you received to your email into the 'gift card' box at checkout.

Here are some additional terms & conditions:

  • Gift cards & certificates must be used prior to expiration, which is sixty (60) months from the date of issuance.
  • Gift cards & certificates must be redeemed through the Michael Aram web site, http://www.michaelaram.com and used toward the purchase of products listed in the MichaelAram.com's online catalog.
  • Gift cards & certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
  • Gift cards & certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.
  • If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
  • Gift certificates and their use on the MichaelAram.com are subject to MichaelAram.com's general conditions of Use and Privacy Notice

Save 7-10% in sales tax when you shop online with Michael Aram except when shipping to California, Georgia, North Carolina, New Jersey, Florida, and New York, where we are required by law to collect sales tax. All taxes are calculated and included in the final price communicated at the end of your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your Michael Aram selection does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges and any discounts applied, within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging. Item(s) purchased on MichaelAram.com cannot be returned at our Flagship Stores.

Final Sale means no returns or exchanges. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" on the website cannot be returned or exchanged.

Michael Aram gladly accepts returns, in the country where purchased, of unused, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased in our retail stores for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by cash must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. All personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to return or exchange your item, please log into your MichaelAram.com account to find your order number (WEB#####) or check your Facebook/Instagram receipt for the “Seller order number”. You can visit our returns and refunds portal michaelaram.com/returns, using your above order number to quickly process your request.

Michael Aram warrants that the merchandise will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year, provided that the merchandise is used as reasonably intended and has not been altered or modified.

This warranty does not apply to the extent that merchandise: (a) has not been handled, maintained or used in accordance with Michael Aram’s instructions or in a reasonable manner, or; (b) has been damaged by accident, negligent or external factors.

Michael Aram merchandise is handcrafted by artisans. Small irregularities in shape, surfaces and finishes are hallmarks of such craftsmanship and are not defects.

Gift Receipt

  • Orders arrive with a packing slip that excludes prices, regardless if it's a gift or not.

Add a Gift Message

  • When you add an item to your cart, you will be provided the opportunity to add a gift message. Just above the Checkout Button, look for "Add Gift Message". This will provide you the opportunity to add a short (250 character) message. You can add or edit your gift message at any time before checking out.

Add Gift Wrapping

  • Michael Aram offers gift wrapping services. Our iconic hammered silver paper is sophisticated and luxurious, making a profound gifting statement. When you're shopping make sure to add gift wrapping to your order.
  • We're unable to add gift wrapping once the order has been picked and packed.

Annual Sales & Holiday Events

During holiday events and annual sales, gift wrapping and gift messages may be unavailable for online ordering.

We are committed to producing quality hand-crafted products. To ensure the integrity of the Michael Aram brand, we have implemented strict quality control standards and have partnered with trusted distributors and retailers around the world. This established relationship with authorized retailers ensures that our customers receive exceptional service and quality products.

Michael Aram’s success has made it a target of counterfeiters and unauthorized retailers selling inferior products to unsuspecting customers. When Michael Aram branded products or look-a-likes are purchased from unauthorized retailers, we cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of the products, making them ineligible for Michael Aram’s warranty protection. This is why warranty claims must be accompanied by acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized Michael Aram retailer. Unfortunately, we regularly hear from customers who accidentally purchased counterfeit products online.

We encourage customers to avoid purchasing Michael Aram products from unauthorized retail channels such as third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay), flea markets, and discount websites. Aside from the risk of receiving inferior products, or no products at all, personal information and credit card details may be vulnerable to theft or fraud, and proceeds from these purchases may be utilized to fund illegal activities.

Why does Michael Aram include this warning on its products?

We are providing Prop 65 warning labels to inform consumers that the product contains chemicals on the State of California’s Prop 65 list. It does not mean that a product is unsafe. All Michael Aram products meet or exceed the requirements of applicable product performance and safety industry standards, as well as the federal Safe Drinking Water Act. The label simply ensures that Michael Aram is in compliance with the State of California’s Prop 65 law for warning label requirements.

What is California Proposition 65?

In 1986, California voters approved the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (known as "Proposition 65"). Proposition 65 is a "Right to Know" statute; its purpose is to make sure people are aware, before they purchase, that the product they come into contact with contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. The statute requires a warning label even if the amount of the chemical is miniscule.

The State of California has listed over 900 chemicals that must be disclosed under Prop 65. The list, which is updated annually, includes a wide variety of chemicals that can be found in many consumer products, such as kitchen utensils, footwear and handbags, exercise equipment, photo and scrapbook albums, luggage, and many other products (even foods and beverages).
