If your Michael Aram selection does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges and any discounts applied, within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging. Item(s) purchased on cannot be returned at our Flagship Stores.

Create an account on using the email associated with your Facebook/Instagram account. Once an account is created, you will be able to find your order information, including tracking. This information is not available through Facebook or Instagram.

If you wish to return or exchange your item, please log into your account to find your order number (WEB#####) or check your Facebook/Instagram receipt for the “Seller order number”. You can visit our returns and refunds portal, using your above order number to quickly process your request.

Michael Aram gladly accepts returns, in the country where purchased, of unused, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased in our retail stores for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by cash must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. All personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
